Mark J. Phillips brings thirty years of experience in taxation; estate planning; probate and trust administration; probate, wills and trust litigation.
Mark is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and is certified by the California State Bar Association as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and probate topics, having presented to professional groups more than 75 times in the past ten years. He has also served as an arbitrator, mediator and as Judge Pro Tem of the Los Angeles Municipal Court.
