Cynthia Rubin has more than twenty plus years of experience in business litigation, employment law, employment litigation and other workplace matters, real estate litigation and trust litigation.
Cynthia is a cum laude graduate of the Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Cynthia counsels employers on matters relating to personnel and assists business owners with solutions. Cynthia's assists with applications and hiring, employee handbooks and policies, severance agreements and terminations, and the myriad of issues relating to harassment and discrimination. It is Cynthia's philosophy that when employees work as a team and understand that concept, the work place functions more amicably and profitably.
